Starting Your Journey is Simple

Before Your Consultation

I’ll ask:

What’s bringing you to therapy right now?

Have you been in therapy before? How was that experience?

What are you hoping to get out of our work together?

You can ask me:

What’s your approach to working with my concern?

What would a typical session look like?

How do you handle if therapy doesn’t seem to be helping?

Do you have experience with my background, situation, etc.?

How long do people typically work with you?

This call is a conversation and a chance to feel out the fit. No preparation needed.

Please note this is not a therapy session or an assessment.

What to Expect on the Call

How It Works

Step 1

Book your free consultation — Pick a time that works for you. We talk for 15 minutes — A casual phone call. You tell me what’s going on. I answer your questions. Zero pressure.

Step 2

If it feels right, we’ll schedule your intake assessment and you’ll get a link to complete your intake forms online.

Step 3

Once the intake assessment is complete, we’ll meet to create your plan for treatment and begin getting to know each other.

Technical Setup: All You Need for Telehealth

You’ll need:

Tech tips:

Test your camera and microphone beforehand.

Close other app that might slow your connection.
